If you post, upload, input, provide or submit your personal data to us, including without limitation, your name, email address, Telegram username, IP address, cryptocurrency address, text, code or other information and materials, sign up to our mailing list or create an account on our Website (collectively, your “User Content”), you must ensure that the User Content provided by you at that or at any other time is true, accurate, up to date and complete and that any User Content you post, upload, input, provide or submit to us or via our Website do not breach or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. We do not own, control or endorse any User Content that is transmitted, stored or processed via our Website or sent to us and we are not responsible or liable for any User Content. When we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your preferences and interests so that we can contact you with information relevant to you. We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively. 

Newsletter 

The provisions of this data privacy statement also apply to the request for and sending of our newsletter. 

The newsletter will only be sent after prior request by the user in the so-called “double opt-in procedure” (request on our website and confirmation of a corresponding request e-mail). 

Users of the newsletter are also given a UserID, which enables TEN WALLET to track when the relevant newsletter was accessed and which links or features were triggered from it. This tracking is done for the newsletter's internal optimization. This information will not be shared with anyone else. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR, whereby TEN Wallet's authorization arises from the fact that, on the one hand, TEN Wallet has an interest in evaluating such data for the purposes of newsletter optimization and, on the other hand, a concerned person can reasonably foresee that the personal data will be processed at the time when it is collected and in light of the circumstances in which it is carried out (in particular the above-mentioned measures). 

The user has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. If the user of the newsletter does not wish to receive this tracking, he/she can unsubscribe from the newsletter. To do so, simply unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter. 

Use of Cookies 

Cookies are files or pieces of information that may be stored on your computer (or other internet enabled devices, such as a smartphone or tablet) when you visit a website.
